[V] Game is cloning existing sims as Vampires

You know how the game will generate new sims for you and put them in "Manage Households -> Other Households" ? For the a long time now, it's been generating households with the same name as household...

    I stumbled upon the settings when I was looking for something else. Here is how to get there. Click on a computer, select MC Command Center -> MC Population -> Populating Settings -> Import Tray Settings (you'll have to scroll almost to the bottom for this one) -> Import Tray Sim Percent. Set that 0 and it will stop pulling townies from your tray files.

Either just play a new random Sim or one of the premades.

Check if it happens again. 

Do you also have a version of Mila in your library ?

In my library, I have the Mila who married Geoffrey Landgraab but I don't have the Vampire Mila.

    So it looks like the game is drawing the Sims from your library and for whatever reasons putting them in the game as vamps.

    Did you get a chance to test a new save ?

      It's also drawing household names from my library, including names that I have deleted. It's also drawing individual sims from multi-sim households.  As for Mila, I changed her last name but the game pulled her in with her old name, not her new one.  When you delete a sim, does a record of it hang around somewhere? Does something need to be purged? 

      I played in a brand new save without MCCC for about an hour and everything was normal.

        There should be a setting for MCCC for this.

        Do I understand you correctly, that you don't have the issue without MCCC ?
