They aren't technically rampaging but their fury is high so their fury effect is intense. They're able to do normal things autononously until they get full fury (when they get the rampage moodlet). From my experience.

You know, @iamoz96 , I think you are right. Thank you. I had the red eyes effect mixed up with the actual rampage probably.

@mightyspritesims I forgot to mention that you can disable the fury effect on particular werewolves (I always do cuz I dislike it). Just by clicking them you should get a yellow target interaction "disable fury effect". If you don't mind using mods, Bienchen has a small mod that shuts off the effect for all werewolves.
