wall tool jumps across lot

@AshenJustin    Hi!  I've experienced this also but only recently; maybe within the last few months or so.  The wall tool and the room tool are super jumpy and all over the place.  I have to go really slow and make sure I place walls/rooms in just the right spot before placing.  At first I thought maybe my camera was still moving after panning or turning but it also happens when the camera is perfectly still.
