Wanting to add career events to my careers?

so i made a few careers using NEIAS career creator. i know that the program cant make events in game, but is there a wa to use the files provided after i export the career to add events. i checked online but there doesnt seem to be any information. i am able to do coding if i have a tutorial or explanation. if it's needed which i assume it is. but i really want to be able to do this. i know theres like 2 poeple who have done it. but there career mod is no longer viable as it needs updating. thank you.
