Wants and fears enable in game option, but are not in game ( no wants bubble)

Hi!

I need help, like in the title, they are enable but not appear in my game.

I did a complete repair
-when I start the game without mod, they are there
-when I have my mods back they are not

So it’s mod related.

Do we know witch mods are causing that?
Is someone having the same issue?
I’m asking before spend a lot of time trying to find, maybe someone have the solution
