WCIF a baby accessory for poses?

Hi!I'd like to have my sims pose with babies, however I'm not interested in the toddler size slider that most people seem to use for baby posing. Does anyone know if there's a baby CAS accessory somewhere?Thanks!

I just use the TOOL mod to reposition babies to make it look like they are posing. There are a lot of limitations with that but it works for some things
