I make my own and I don't use DOF. I just use it to make the game a bit sharper and make the black & white levels a little more black and white.
I looked around a few weeks back but ended up in similar position as you. Except my issue was all the extra stuff that I don't have. I just installed the most basic presets and never moved beyond that.
I think most of everyone has moved onto GShade. I think those can be changed over to Reshade but I know nothing about that.
