Hi @katsux! This was a tough one! You might want to contact the person who made the Toddler shoes to see if they can make a sock compatible version for adults. You could also ask Madlen to remove the toenail mesh. I know she has a version of her Serafino sandals that she did that for, Here is her Tumblr:

The only shoe I found was for toddlers: http://coupurelectrique.blogspot.com.br/ (the M F ad-fly download works the SF is corrupted) and there has been an ask about an adult version but, you may want to contact the creator and follow up.
