My Restaurant and Retail store are in Newcrest and all my employees and customers have the bags on their heads. I made a sim to live in Newcrest so I could do the testing cheats and repeal the N.A.P....

@bdashiellx @thenarddog123 If you're not on console, you can use the mod Basemental Eco Hacks (downloadable from Curseforge) to change NAPs on a neighbourhood where your Sim doesn't live.
I don't use mods, but I do use the basic cheats.
Technically the solution didn’t require any cheating, though.
Other than the instant repeal, that is.
