Weather Clips Into Buildings

So the rain/snow is appearing inside buildings now in a new game with the latest patch. I found it in the 20x15 lot in Willow Creek the 1 bed 1 bath house next to the empty lot. Its annoying having the weather clip into the house. I tried to rebuild the room/house/lot to 'fix' it and its still occurring.
