Weird buzzcut glitch HELP!!

 I notched a strange glitch/ Strange CC bug. I know this isn't a game glitch because this glitch dosen't show up when UI remove the mods folder. I notice this wonky bug, where my sims have a buzzcut even when bald. I don't know what is causing it. I got rid of any custom skins and hair overlays but the glitch persists. Is there any tool that can Suss out bad and or glitchy CC?

    Looks like an issue with a default replacement maybe? When I'm looking for stuff like this, I load my CC into Sims 4 Studio and go through it there.

    I was having the same issue! I'm not sure if this will fix it for you as well but for me it was PeachiBunniis' shaved hair option under the body scars tab! I don't know why it started to auto-add to every sim but it's easy to remove :) Hope this helped!
