Weird child glitch?

Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been creating a forever save, populating it with S4 made over families and some S3 families.  Today, checking on the families, two of the children has aged up with a weird glitch.  I tried aging them down, then back up - nope.  Aging up didn’t help either, so I had to delete both children and put them back in with the genetics tool in CAS.  Is this likely to be my cc or something else?
