Weird fog in my game

Ever since the new update, when I play in my lot (in Henford-on-Bagley), I experience this white fog in my game. It makes the sight in distance very foggy and my game lagging because of it. It doesn'...

@bbshelll Your graphics drivers are a bit dated. Could you check if it gets better if you update them ?
