weird lines coming the side of my kid sims nose

I have these weird lines that look like a mustache coming from the sides of MY CHILD sims nose, I checked everything and there's nothing but the skin overlay I put on him but he had them before the skin overlay. No one in his family also has them, and I don't know what they are or where they came from.
