Werewolf Talent Tree Blank and Buggy Needs Bar

Game Packs: Dine Out, Dream Home Decorator, My Wedding Stories, Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, Vampires, and Werewolves Game Pack. Stuff Packs: Laundry Day Stuff, Moschino Stuff Pack, Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack, Paranormal Stuff Pack, and Spooky Stuff. Kits: Blooming Rooms Kit and Little Campers Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have to Apex werewolves in my household, they both have hidden talents unlocked and are immortal. The talent trees blanked out when I went in and out of the household after I tried to reset their needs, because they were remaining yellow when they were full or not turning color when they went down. This only happens with the Hunger and Hygiene needs, and only with my two adult werewolf sims that I have changed the sexual orientation. The kids, three children and two toddlers, function properly.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I played with the hygiene issue and went out of the household to reset them. It glitched and was the previous night, the outfits were correct, and one of my adult sims talent tree was blank. After I continued to play, the game crashed.
What do you expect to see? I expect the needs bar of all my sims to change color when they go up and down. I expect my sims' sexual orientation changing to not affect their skill tree or needs.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue only appeared after I installed the patch that came out on 7/12/2022.
