I've heard about this mod around the forums and I have never heard of it. It would be great if someone could explain what it is to me. :)

It does a lot of different things . Like the nraas mods in sims 3 . It has a story progression, you can set the length of each lifestate span , when bills are due and how much more or little they can be , you can change pregnancy settings such as the chance of quads ,there's so much that it does . The mod is updated often and regularly after patches if needed .

What it does, basically, is give you a bunch of commands that you can execute on your sim. You can find them (when you've installed the mod) under the MC Command Center menu option after clicking on your sim or a computer.Just off the top of my head, here are some of its features: Don't like it when a townie generates with clown shoes? You can blacklist that item and you won't see it again. Afraid your sim is now going to binge on cake after a tough workout? You can assign a flag that freezes your sim's physique. Did you forget to assign a relationship in CAS? Don't like memorizing sim codes so you can do it through the console? There's an option for that, too.There are waaaay more that I currently can't think of at the moment. It's a mod along the lines of the nrass mod for Sims 3 it adds story progression and a bunch of other stuff. It comes indifferent modules so you can pick and choose what elements of it you want to add to your game. Some people (like myself) use the whole mod to do various things in our games others might only want the story progression or might only want the occult mod to turn off to deal with aliens. It varies depending what you're needing in the game. It's definitely not a mod for everyone and it can be a bit big and complicated to figure out sometimes. But once you get the hang of it it can bring a lot to your gameplay.THIS is the main thread about it over in the mods section of the forum. Hello. I just recently installed this mod. Very overwhelming but so usefull. It is a blessing for the game.
I have a very silly question, probably I know the answer but just in case better if I double check it.

I play rotationaly, I have 3 households at the moment. When I set up one family/household with Mccc by clicking on their letterbox does this setting applies to the other two family/household or I am able to individually set every household up to suit their lifestyle as I would like to have it.

The settings apply across the save.
You can put flags on certain sims though, to suit how you want to set up the families. It would be best to post on the MCCC mod help thread if you have questions about flags or other settings and simmers there will assist you
