What has happened to the build / buy menu?
I have no mods installed and after adding the latest update earlier today I opened my game and this is how my build / buy looks... I've read that a few users have this same issue

That still looks like broken mods. If you removed Build/Buy but hadn't turned off the debug feature first, run a Game Repair.
