Hi! I was wondering if anyone could point me in a direction on how to fix this error code that keeps popping up in my save?
The error pops up whenever my sim gets an invite to go to another person's lot. While it's loading the error code will pop up and recommend I relaunch the game. It happens every time my sim accepts a prompt to leave the lot, but its fine if my sim tries to travel to another lot on their own. My sim is also getting married and whenever they accept the "start event" prompt, the error code pops up and I have to relaunch the game.
I've ran the save without CC,repaired the game, and even factory reset the game itself, but still the error keeps popping up. I've also tried moving the household to another lot, but the error would come up again and I've seen it happen before in this save with another household as well but I thought it was a one time thing so I just navigated around it.
I'm worried my save may finally have gotten corrupted. I've had this save since 2017 and have hundreds of sims in here. I would like to avoid making a new save and moving over the households since that would erase all the relationships and family trees I've built, but I wanted to check here first and see if anyone has encountered this error or has a way that they've resolved it.
Thank you so much!

Hi @krishpfan11 Try a folder refresh -- drag the whole The Sims 4 folder to the desktop -- and then test a new save by creating that same situation. If that works, copy your current save from the desktop Saves folder to the new Saves folder and see if you still have the problem. That will give you a good indication of whether it's a mod/CC issue or somethings gone wrong in your save. (You might also try testing a new household in the same save.) I don't know of a mod that causes this particular error, including when it's removed, but if the save is fine without mods, you can try gradually adding your older content back in. Doing it gradually is a good way to get your content reorganized and an opportunity to check for updates.
