What is the best mods for the sims 4?

I have the university mod, but I dunno who create it, then sometimes the Extreme Violence, Road to Fame and even WickedWhims... I just like when I have more opinions than what the game offers. And yeah, I recommend downloading Harry Potter stuff, that's always fun.

I only started experimenting with mods yesterday so I can't really give a definite answer. At the moment, I have the Pose Player Pack and Wicked Whims for a story that I'm writing. I will try to check the MCCC mod any day this week.

For me it's More Personality Please. Sims can be michiveous, flirty or mean on their own. Also there is no idle talking during conversation, only interactions.
