What is this moodlet

So a teen sim I had got a weird Moodlet. I saw she was enraged so I immediately removed the moodlet because I have cheats. Enraged is a dangerous emotion, and is worse than Very Angry. Sims can die if they are enraged. I remember it was called I'm Not Ok with a boost of Angry +50. I swear I didn't make it. I usually get Enraged, Mortified, and Hysterical moodlets from cheating, but poor girl got enraged all by herself! Also Koishi Komeiji was a pineapple bear Reimu Yukkuri head ninja at one point today. Very strange.

    @HotdogLucy That mood comes from parenthood. You can have the teen jog to clear mind, do yoga, play with emotion on an instrument, or wind down with classical on a radio. 

    The teen won't die from these moods, they do get a nice boost to emotional control when you help them work through the mood positively. 

    The teen will die if you age them up with one of those +50 moods active. 

    Edit: the bear is also from parenthood. Kids and teens go through different phases. The bear is one of the phases.

    @HotdogLucy That mood comes from parenthood. You can have the teen jog to clear mind, do yoga, play with emotion on an instrument, or wind down with classical on a radio.

    So I know the bear is from parenthood (parenthood was like the 4th game pack I got I think) and that's a relief. Can teen sims die being hysterical and mortified too?

    @HotdogLucy The +50 moods from parenthood are the Angry, Sad, and Embarrassed moods. They won't die from the parenthood added moods. They will die from being hysterical since that isn't a parenthood added mood.

    ok. The only one of those I'm not scared of is the sad one. Sims can't die being sad!
