What should I do?big heads small head and no head (no cc or mods)

So I do use cc and mods and am aware that it can cause issues here and there. I've got a big small and no problem. When I began my save I noticed some sims are walking around with either a bobblehead or a tiny head and most children are missing their heads. I removed my entire mods folder and the problem persisted meaning it's the game. I have no idea what to do at this point.

  • @2gqxhntwqkrkDid you clear the cache after you removed your mods? The cache file is localthumbcache.package and it's located in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4. I also suggest to run a Repair on the Ea app.

@ineyass95 Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
