Whats Causing This??

I keep getting a Exceptrion report and it's this <class 'sims4.tuning.instances.mixer_AlienAbduction_TrackerIdle_VeryLow'> (AttributeError: death_object_assigned)

Household won't open
The game loads normally at first. Then, I select my household and try to load it. It appears as if it's loading at first, then it brings me back to the worlds screen.

I just want to say that since the last update all of my mods are working correctly. This is a first for me. No errors, wow. Hope that others are experiencing this as well.

The high school isnt showing up properly it is completely covered in ? ? Tiles
I tried playing after the most recent update and when i go to join my sim at high school the building is gone and the floor is covered in question mark tiles i have tried loging out them back in and ...
