    @KeilaniRiich Does it happen on a fresh save as well or only a specific ?

    Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?

Hi there! I'm having this issue with opening up any of my sims family I tried researching to see what I can do and nothing seems to work and I'm getting pretty frustrated lol. when I try to play a family it kicks me back to all the maps and then this error message pops up that reads " The game failed to load. Error code: 102"d5a74c31:566fff8. It is recommended that you relaunch the game" which I have done multiple times. thanks!

    Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
