WHERE is the Object Fishbowl Gummy Spooky!?
someone please help!
I've looked for answers everywhere, i found info on here but the thread was closed and said if there were still questions to open a new topic. so here i am. ive posted to multiple reddit communities trying to find an answer, and have gotten no responses.
i have never had this annoying of an issue with this game, and i can usually figure it out easily when its a mod problem, but this one i cannot. every time i play this game since abouta week prior to the new Life & Death pack was released, ive run into this Last Exception Error.

You need to locate the PACKAGE file, in your The Sims 4 Mods folder, that contains this resource and remove it. Try starting with the oldest modifications you have.
If this is a new issue, try removing the most recent mod you have installed.

I've done everything recommended
I've removed ALL of my mods, except MCCC, but even without MCCC installed i still got the same error message.
i started a new save file
enable custom content and mods is ticked to on
i have script mods allowed, also checked off
ive tried everything that was recommended that i could find.
i even joined the MCCC discord to get help from one of the bots, even though i do not believe this is mod related, but i really have no clue what else it could be, i got a message from the discord that said this:

this is even more confusing to me, as i didn't even know there was a fabricator in this game, i don't play with eco lifestyle that much, if AT ALL and none of my lots have a fabricator on them. i also don't understand how this is a spooky gummy fishbowl??
please if anyone can point me in the right direction with fixing this that would be great. i have no idea what else to do. my game does run fine, but its preventing me from using MCCC as its blocking the menu from showing up, *until* i remove what ever it is causing this issue -- and I've had MCCC as such a crutch i honestly don't know how to play the game without it.

@AKAmavrick It sounds like you think you're removing mods that you aren't, and that message about MCCC installation suggests you have mod installation issues as well.
Let's start you with a fresh Mods folder.
- Drag the Mods folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 to your desktop (or rename it, or both if you think it will help you keep it clear that this is the old one the game won't see now).
- Delete the file called localthumbcache
- Start the game. Start a new test save. Confirm that you have no messages about MCCC and that you have no CC there.
If that didn't work -- if it still says you have an MCCC installation problem, then you have a problem about where you're trying to do things with mods.
If that did work, please redownload a fresh copy of MCCC and install it. You can copy your old MCCC cfg file (your settings) over too. Then start the game to make sure you don't get an error message.
After that, we'll know if you've got a working Mods folder set-up and you can start adding your CC and mods back, checking for issues as you go.
