- MDianaSims8 years agoSeasoned AceI don't actually use cc myself, but whenever I see someone posting pictures of sims with alpha cc on them, I always find them looking weirdly out of place.
- simsimsere8 years agoSeasoned AceI don't have any cc at the moment, but I'd definitely go for maxis match. I just don't like alpha.
- Don't use mods/cc at all anymore but.. Alpha was something I thought was awesome when I was playing TS2 around age 14 or something, as an adult my opinion has changed dramatically.
- puderosasims8 years agoSeasoned AceI love the art style, therefore Maxis Match.
- I prefer Maxis Match CC. It fits in seamlessly with the game's overall aesthetic and it's a style choice that I find appealing. "Alpha" CC aspires to a photorealistic look that, in addition to feeling out of place in the game world, varies wildly in execution and lacks the consistency of MM.
- riggirl8 years agoSeasoned TravelerMaxis Match looks right with the game IMO. It also shows how beautiful the art style that Sims 4 have IMO.
- catmando8308 years agoSeasoned AceI don't understand the question.
- Alpha just feels out of place with TS4's graphics. I use MM cc but I have alpha eye defaults which actually look really nice

Which kind of custom content (cc) do you prefer? Alpha is cc that looks realistic and Maxis Match is cc that is designed to fit in with TS4's graphics.- Like others have said, Maxis Match looks much better with graphics and keeps the bright style of the game. I personally don't like Alpha CC at all unless it's for a few nice skin details.
