Whims Issue since patching
Since the patch this morning I cannot dismiss whims and there are no emotional whims. Have tried on completely fresh game (factory reset) with zero mods and it is still like this. Any help apprecia...

@Bellanasaurus Yes, these are the wants. You don't see fears right away. They are developed over times.

So the placement is a bit different as well as the texture.
And they cannot be dismissed any more? And no emotionally related ones? I am only getting 2 now not 3. If it is all supposed to be like that fine, but it seems broken!
@Bellanasaurus As far as I can tell, yes, you can't dismiss them anymore and no, no emotional ones and yes, only two is what I see too but I haven't really gotten a lot of play time yet :D
EDIT: I have three now on two of my Sims so it's more than two
