White Screen on CAS Startup

Question

My Sims 4 game will run but when I'm trying to start a new household and go into CAS the screen turns white and will not fix itself. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the game and repaired it but it still isn't working.

@dancegirl920 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?

Try removing everything and see if it then works.
