white screen

Question

I just bought seasons dlc, I opened ts4 and clicked load game. it asked me to select a season, and after I did, screen goes white and the game is frozen. I also have ps4 controls (e.g. L2) even though I play on pc. The buttons (like save the gave, menu etc) have weird textures. At first I thought I had broken mods but that's not the case. What do I do?

@larwisko That definitely looks like broken mods, likely TOOL Mod. See Broken/Updated Mods &amp; CC 1.112 , including Known Issues.

@larwisko&nbsp;Please try the following steps, even if you did some of them before:Close your game.Move your Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4]&nbsp;to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete&nbsp;the&nbsp;localthumbcache.package&nbsp;file in your “The Sims 4” folder.Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving.
