White sim in the resume option in main menu and can't play my saves.

There is this white sim in the resume button in my main menu, and when I press it loads to the pick the season. It also has a pop up saying: This game failed to save. Exit to the main menu. My mods a...

      @crinrict I think I'm using Norton. I have 51.9 space left

        @xXMayaKXx That's not plenty of space but shouldn't cause error 22. Could be Norton blocking your user folder. I'm not familiar with norton but check if it blocked Sims.
