What it sounds like is you have a CC item that wasn't made to work with those skin tones or it was made for females only. I had something similar happen with Mermaids in Mermaid form when IL came out. It turned out that in my case, it was a CC tongue causing the issue. So you'll have to go through your CC and hunt down whatever item is causing the issue. If you have your mods folder organized where you can isolate the files, I would start with anything that affects the face first. It literally could be anything you have in your mods folder so you might want to use the 50/50 method to find it.
