Why can’t my game open after leaving CAS
Hi I’m a new pc player coming from console. I just got the free base game on my laptop and finally got a hold of some mods and cc. I have removed all the broken mods and cc that was conflicting one and other. Every time I create a new game household in CAS it won’t load onto a lot. I leave CAS, choose an empty lot but it takes forever and I get an error message something like “ error code 102:4809cdd1-aed10e51 please restart your game”.I’ve tried to repair it twice on the EA app. Restarted my computer twice. I downloaded the Sims 4 tray importer that highlights broken mods and cc. I’m about to delete the game entirely and just go back to console at this point. Can anyone help?
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
