why can I not see my sims while creating them

When I am trying to create a sim its doesn't show the sim. I works fine when I'm making a female sim. It just doesn't work when I am trying to make a male sim. I repaired and uninstalled to try to fix it and I still doesn't work.

@londonkyii Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
