@AdoreeeNyaa Hi! That is very strange! Do you use any mods? If so, move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing. If things work properly in the game after that, exit without saving (so you don't change anything in the save) and then start testing your mods a little at a time to find the culprit.
