why does my game look like this after the update?

I updated my game just today and it started looking like this after. I tried removing some mods which I thought could be the problem but no luck. does anyone else have this problem? please help.

@PipMenaceokay, it worked without the mods and cc, I guess I'll have to go through my mods and find out which one is causing the trouble, thank you
