Why does Sims 4 become unresponsive when I put more mods?

I don't have that many mods and I put little by little, but once I add more, it becomes unresponsive. I switch up the mods as well and it does the same thing. My mods are completely fine and work wel...

I’m having the same issue I get up to the main menu the click to start the game and endless loading, game refuses to start sometimes I even here the sound of when it’s about to start but it just keeps loading

@CandyMiami Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
