Why doesn’t reshade work for me

I downloaded reshade and also amoebae the moods reshade and apparently there is supposed to be a menu that pops up when you start the game however that is no where to be found on my game nothing is showing up and the reshade is not appearing at all on the game. This is my first time adding reshade and I’ve watched tutorials on how to do this but nothing is working. Please help.
