Why don't I have a Inventory

Why when I'm in build Mode do I not have a inventory anymore? it keeps saying .. No inventory for this Lot .. it just makes me sell the items has the inventory been done away with??

    Yes and I figured it out ... Thank You .. It was one of the cheats they have that I had punched in by mistake .. bb.enablefreebuild .... just incase anyone else decides to make this same mistake HAHAHA ...
