Relationship Trouble (lol)

Hello & pls help!! I'm having an issue possibly with the Lumpinou mod, but I also have adult mods installed. I want my sim to propose to my other sim but I am not getting an option to. I've redownloaded the lumpinou relationships overhaul and that didn't fix it. It's only giving me the option to "ask to be friends" or mentor... they have broken up before so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it either.

Also, on the relationship overhaul menu in game, I'm not able to see all of the interactions anymore, has this happened to anyone else?
