Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As I play my created sims all other sims in my neighborhood are wearing brown paper bags most of the time until I start an event and they change clothes. Sims come to visit and start swiping my things. Try to get adult sims to train toddler and the begin then walk away. The que keeps exiting what I select for them to do. Everyone constantly wants to play with the doll house.

What do you expect to see? I expect everyone’s face to be shown all of the time. I expect for the adult sims to stay and train the toddlers and give encouragement afterwards. I expect for my sims que to not disappear but complete all actions that they were given. I only expect the adult sims to play with the dollhouse if their children asks to play with them, unless they have a playful trait. I expect for my visitors to keep their hands to themselves and not swipe my things when they doy have a kleptomaniac trait.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The last patch which says to have fixed the issue with kleptomaniac trait being used by sims not having it. I didn’t have that issue before, but now I do.

You enacted the "We wear paperbags" NAP. You can repeal it. You should read the description of all possible NAPs to see which ones you will allow to get enabled.
