@tr1llestaries Just to be sure it's not actually an issue with that file, try this:
- Drag the Mods folder to the desktop
- Restart Sims 4 and exit to create a fresh Mods folder
- Redownload that CC item so that you have a new copy
- Add it to the new Mods folder and start the game

@tr1llestaries Awesome. If it happens with any other files after you copy them into the new Mods folder, sounds like getting fresh copies is your solution.
