Why is my sims 4 no letting me into any of my house holds ?

So i go i to my sims 4 game press resume and it takes me back to the map an when i try to go into the house i want to play it either loads for a long time or just go back to the map again ad show an ...

Game failed to load. Error code: 102:78b5911:cece8ad57 It is recommended that you relaunch game.
ive done that more than 5 times but it stills says that

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
