Why is my toddler a mannequin?

Question

This isn't the first time I have seen this, but the first time it has happened to me. My infant grew into a toddler and looks like a mannequin. The 2 boy sims were normal, but the girl isn't. There is no add-ons or skin details to remove. Help?
