Why won't my maxed aged Elder Butler leave once the replacement arrives?

I have a butler who is great with the children. She is an elder and when she first arrived I used MCCC to reset her to the beginning of her Elder years. She has been quite the asset to the family who now have four kids. At that time there were three Toddlers and a newborn. I opened my game to find out a new butler was waiting to get in. (Locked Security gate.) This surprised me. I checked on Miho's age using MCCC and it turned out she was 57 days old with 0 bonus days left.

The long and the short of it is, she won't leave the property, so that the new butler can begin. Not only that but the first butler is no longer around and I discovered another female butler on the property. Yet Miho, dressed in regular clothing (out of uniform) is still there. I can't even use a MCCC cheat to make her leave. What is going on, please?  Is this a glitch or a bug? Or do I have to filter through my Mods to find the offender?
