WICIF a mod to stop sims running

Question

When I played a few years ago I had a mod that stopped sims running everywhere, but I can't find anything and I can't remember the name of the mod.

I much prefer it when they walk so any help appreciated.

I'm not home so can't find it exactly but I'm using one by Zer0 on his patreon free. Walk don't run or something like that.
In addition to that he has a mod called go jogging together I think. Sims can be directed to follow so they walk together or jog together.
I hated the running everywhere too. Especially on outings or dates.
