Working on custom sliders - Animation and height issues

The sim who is standing with his legs straight has a far more realistic pose than the default sim who for some reason the animators decided should normally stand for ages in a position of muscular stress with slightly bent knees. That's one thing about the game that has always jarred on me. Any modder who can make my sims lock their knees and stand naturally please let me know so I can download :D
