@Ypsi_Devil Did you go to the venue that has the stars and try to place it ? I think that's how it worked for me. It appeared once I tried to place it.
I did. Didn't work. No idea why.

You can always cheat complete the aspiration.I don't know how to cheat and she achieved it while I was not playing her, so I don't know if got lost.
