Hey there JLynn! I understand this is a very old post and I'm hoping you're still around, but I myself am looking to change Willow Creek or any other neighborhood to look like Sixam as I am also playing an alien game. If you could point me in the right direction on how to go about, or any mods that are hidden away within the deepest parts of the web please let me know :D You mentioned you found a very useful file?
