These are the two I have in my game. I can't remember where I got them from. And I'm not sure how to screen my huge cc collection to find their packages to at least give you a creator name. Do you have a method for that?
Sims 4 Tray Importer is the easiest way to see your CC. Simply place objects on a lot and then save it to the gallery. You can then access the lot with the Tray Importer and use the option for CC to see what you have, it will also take you to the file name. If you have items in CAS that you want to remove you can load up a Sim and save them to the gallery.
