Got on the Sims for the first time in about a week and went into forgotten hollow, as I as going to inport a house for my new Sims I'm gonna make. I clicked on an empty lot and went straight into build mode, the top three buttons were frozen and not clickable (Manage worlds, gallery, shop recc). This has happened before! Please fix this! I have now idea why it happens but- please 🙏

Is this only happening in Build mode? Are you seeing this on a brand new save file as well?
I'm having the same issue on PS5 after the last update. I started a brand new save today and it's doing the same where the buttons just stop working for a period of time. Sometimes it's 10-15 seconds, sometimes I just have to shut the game down completely. Not having this issue with any other game on my PS5
