Community ManagerIf you're not seeing these packs under the transaction history for your account, then it sounds like you're currently logging into a different PSN account, or you were previously game-sharing.
I'd recommend getting in contact with PlayStation support directly so they can review your account and billing information and help locate your packs:
I've never game shared the sims. I've bought the packs but they don't even show I bought them in my transaction history.
